Terms of Service
Updated: 7 November 2026
1. Beta status and scope
OBSIDEX EX is an independent Minecraft economy companion currently in beta and under development. These beta terms describe permitted use and current service boundaries. They are an operator-review draft, not a claim of legal review or guaranteed compliance in every country. No registered company name, business address, court venue or public contact email has been supplied for publication.
Features may be unavailable, change or require server-side integration. A design, illustration, empty state or test screen is not evidence of live markets, completed trades or a working paid benefit. Do not rely on the beta as the sole record of an important transaction.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. Obtain any required parent or guardian permission. Purchases, if offered, must be made by an authorized payer with the required legal capacity.
Use your own Google identity and give accurate information. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person or access another account. Google authentication does not itself prove ownership of a Minecraft identity; server-specific linking is a separate step. Never give the service your Google password, Minecraft password, recovery phrase, bank PIN or OTP.
3. Server-specific game economies
The platform concerns in-game economies, not investment services, banking or real-money asset trading. Each server has its own game-authoritative economy. A website balance report is not a bank balance, cash claim or guarantee of current spendable funds. Missing or stale reports must not be treated as live balances.
Do not expect cross-server balance transfers, cash deposits or withdrawals. Subscription payments do not top up Minecraft wallets. Trading and fee benefits are available only when the relevant execution system is actually connected and enabled.
Server storefront purchases, where enabled, use only that server’s game money. A queued order is not proof of debit or delivery. Completion requires a server-authenticated atomic debit-and-delivery receipt and durable order-ID deduplication. Do not repeatedly replay uncertain orders. Ranks, coins and item grants are the server operator’s responsibility; the website does not invent or move game funds.
4. Server listings and third-party operations
Public directory listings are shown with the server operator's opt-in. Listings may be offline or unverified. A listing, registration status or recent heartbeat is not an endorsement, independent safety audit or uptime guarantee.
Server operators are responsible for their own game environment, permissions, economy and conduct. Keep licenses and bridge credentials private. A connection to one server does not authorize access to another server or economy.
5. Payments and memberships
Only use payment methods, prices, currencies, destinations and benefits actually published through authorized platform controls. Do not send funds to an invented address or infer that a disabled checkout is an invitation to pay. Country and provider restrictions apply; do not give a false merchant or billing country to evade them.
A browser return URL, screenshot or transaction reference is not settlement proof. Automated entitlements require the relevant verified provider settlement. Manual submissions require actual receipt review. Duplicate notifications must not create duplicate benefits. Sandbox activity does not grant a production membership.
Before launching new paid offers, the operator must publish applicable support, cancellation and refund details. These beta terms do not promise a particular refund outcome or remove mandatory consumer rights. Unavailable features must not be advertised as delivered paid benefits.
6. Acceptable use and community content
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, brute-force linking codes, replay requests, manipulate balances, bypass access controls, disrupt availability, post malicious content or use the platform unlawfully. Report suspected issues privately once an appropriate contact channel is published; never post secrets or personal account data publicly.
Publish only content you are entitled to share. For content submitted for publication, you permit the platform to host and display it as needed to operate the requested service. News and creator permissions are subject to moderation. Intellectual property remains with its respective holders; no affiliation with Minecraft's rights holders is claimed.
7. Security actions, interruptions and changes
Access or publishing privileges may be restricted for abuse, security or legal reasons, subject to applicable law. Such action does not authorize the platform to transfer a user's game funds. Service interruptions, stale data and development changes are possible. No service is represented as hack-proof or DDoS-proof.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without an uptime or profitability guarantee. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not waived. No specific liability cap, arbitration clause or governing court is asserted in this draft; these require operator and jurisdiction review.
8. Privacy, updates and contact readiness
Read the separate Privacy Policy for the data practices described by the current implementation. Material policy changes should be published with an updated date and any additional notice required by law. This page does not claim that clickwrap consent has been collected or stored.
A public contact email has not yet been supplied. The operator has deferred publishing it; no private administrative email or invented support inbox is used as a substitute. Publishing a verified contact channel and completing legal review remain launch requirements, particularly before new paid services.
## Creator advertising revenue
Creator advertising revenue is separate from in-game trading and game-wallet balances. Creator applications do not activate monetization or promise income. Finalized provider-attributed advertising settlements, country/provider eligibility, published commercial terms and a supported payout process are required before paid participation. The creator revenue terms contain the current application-stage limitations. No payout provider has yet been selected.
